The team in Pyller has a strong hold and understanding of its resources – the tools and techniques in helping people to thrive in this volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous world. Every year at Pyller, we contribute our time and expertise to provide pro-bono coaching and mentoring to academic intuitions and non-profit bodies.
Our aim to create positive, meaningful learning and sustainable systems change for the benefit of our community, particularly for those at the disadvantage in getting access to educational opportunities.
Our key management staff has been actively involved in leadership coaching projects in Singapore as well as other parts of the world through initiatives by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the Asia Pacific Alliance of Coaches (APAC). A lot of our CSR work focuses on creating awareness of several issues and challenges facing women and children throughout the world.

Since 2016, We have supported the work of a Social Enterprise fusion restaurant in Singapore called Eatz19 in their response to empowering women back to the workforce by collaborating actively in its CSR pro initiatives . Eatz 19 promotes holistic growth by empowering women with the skills and knowledge to attaining economic independence and personal best.
It recruits women who need or want to return to the workforce , and Pyller plays an important role in not only sharpening on the essential skills to help these women be independent, but also instilling the right mindset and learning agility to help these ladies stand tall against all odds.
